Q: Why are our teas so good?

A: We initially contracted a Biological Scientist and a Herbalist to put together the teas we sell, ensuring that each tea type is the best ingredients on offer. Our Slimming / Pre-diabetes tea for example has 3.5 grams of ingredients in each teabag with a specific ratio of each ingredient. We understand that the body needs 3.5 grams of ingredients in each serve to help filtrate your long term outcome. In addition, we also make reference to scientific research at; http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed with our popular Libido tea. Our organic whole leaf green tea is just that, organic whole leaf spring picked green tea leaves. Using the fresh sprouts, our tea leaf is packed full of nutrients making this type of green tea the best you can consume every day.

Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: PayPal only. PayPal provides extensive purchase protection. It’s a much safer option for online purchases. Paypal is a leader in anti-fraud technology. Paypal takes; Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, Cash & Direct Debit to make PayPal payments.

Q: How long will it take for my tea to arrive?

A: For international postage from Australia, our tea usually takes;

Zone 1:  New Zealand; 4-6 Business days

Zone 2:  Asia Pacific; 6-11 Business days

Zone 3:  Europe; 5-13 Business days

Zone 4:  USA, Canada & Middle East; 6-13 Business days

Zone 5:  Rest of the World; 7-15 Business days

 

TeaToxTime uses postage tracking, a safer and more convenient method included in the postage at no extra cost; where you will receive a tracking number for your goods knowing where your delivery is at every stage. We do not use the inconvenience of signage upon arrival.

Australian customers can expect delivery within 3-5 business days with Australia Post.

Allow an additional day to confirm payments before posting.

 

Q: Where does TeaToxTime post to?

A:    TeaToxTime is located in Australia. We use DHL for all of our International postage. If your country is not listed above, follow this link; http://www.dhl.com/en/express/export_services.html  to see if DHL delivers to your country. Click on the drop down box marked “Choose a location”. If your country is listed, then we will get your tea to you.

 

Q: When will the rest of your range be ready for purchase?

A: TeaToxTime puts a lot of effort, resources, patience and time in our range of TeaToxTime teas, making sure that each tea makes an actual difference to your body and in turn gives us the clean name we have created for ourselves. All of our teas are available now except for the Anxiety tea as one ingredient has not met our strict tests.

 

Q: Do you sell to cafes, restaurants and other tea re-sellers?

A: Yes. TeaToxTime sells our range as well as loose leaf teas not published in our range in bulk orders. If you have an ingredient you wish to purchase, please Email: sales@teatoxtime.com We have over 30 re-sellers purchasing from us. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
